Please suggest me a good toothpaste. I have tried many different toothpaste like colgate, dabur, close up. But I always have to face tooth problems. Few months before I have got my cavity filled in 6 teeth. I am a hygienic person and I brush my teeth twice daily since I was 9 years old.

Your brushing technique is more important than your toothpaste. A dentist only prescribes medicated toothpaste and never promotes any brand.

Hello lybrate-user, Cavities can be due to frequent snacking and not rinsing the mouth or not drinking enough water. Also some people have high bacterial activity in their mouth leading to cavities. You need to maintain proper oral hygiene by not just brushing but also flossing and cleaning the tongue. Flossing helps in removing food debris and plaque in between the teeth where the brush can't reach. Also, get a dental checkup done every 6 months to prevent any further damage to your teeth. You are mistaken perhaps you don't know the technique of brushing learn from your dentist than brush twice daily especially at night.
