I am diabetic from last 8 years and this is family history too. My hb1ac level is 13.2, I take several type of medicines, vobose 0.3 tds, triglycomet bd, sitagliptin 100 od, ins basalog 15 unit evening. But still my sugar level is too high Fasting 220 & random 350. Without medicine my sugar levels are fasting 340 & random 450 Please suggest.
