I am a 24 year old male. I have a problem. Whenever I go to the bathroom for passing my stools blood comes out. There is no pain at all. But yesterday when I went to the toilet, as I was urinating with a little force, again a lot of blood came out from my butthole with little solid particles. Please help. And this frequently happens when I consume more meaty food.

Diet and exercise are important aspects of health and so needs proper attention. Have a high fiber diet (more seasonal fruits and vegetables everyday) with good hydration. Take warm water in the morning (1-2 glasses) and go for a walk. Avoid irregular eating habits and outside food and beverages. Constipation can cause more problems and so eat high fiber diet. You can try Homeopathy if it does not get better with in few weeks after lifestyle changes.
