Dear lybrateuser, - Your body needs continuous energy for performing your daily activities including studying - try to combine a carbohydrate food with a protein/ healthy fat food, as too much of only carbohydrates can lead to sleepiness - can have paneer paratha, paratha with yogurt, egg with wholewheat bread, milk with cereals & fruits/ dry fruits, a sandwich - also have a light snack between meals like a handful of nuts, sprouts, a fruit like apple with peanut butter, salad, poha with peanuts - avoid fried, processed & junk food.
