I am having a tooth decay so I want to know the procedure and risk of having tooth extraction as I am also a heart valve operated patient.

Tooth decay can be treated with fillings or Root canal treatment. Extractions are not always necessary. If extraction needs to be done it should be done with adequate prophylactic antibiotics and in proper association with your cardiologist or Physician. As you are on warfarin I will advise you to undetake any surgical procedure in a hospital where Physician or emergency is available, rather than a local clinic.
