Sir, i am 28yrs. I had met few (4) prostitutes in Last year. Every time, in 1st shot sex not able to perform more than 10sec. I lost easily once I insert my penis. My erections are good but not able to control in 1st shot. In second shot, I can perform 5-10mins. Can you please suggest me how can I control or make more time performance in 1st shot.
