I am 23 years old and had a very good shiny and smooth hairs. I started using dryer and then my hairs began to develop curls in them which is still present no matter how much haircut I take and they have became rough too. I just want to know that will becoming bald ,help regain my hairs as the same shiny and smooth hairs? P.s.-I just want the answer in yes and no. Thank you if you can help.
