My age is 21 due to improper diet in my childhood age my younger age is spoiling. My bones are not that strong and also not thin. And also I started masturbation in the age of 17 I feel that I am very week as compare to young. Is it possible to recover all the deficiencies and live good life. Every one says that if the diet is not good in childhood age than it cause problem is it true? Or how to be normal get stronger bones high weight my weight is 56.
