Dear lybrateuser, - To gain muscle mass you have to have more of protein rich foods along with other food items - protein rich foods include soya products, cheese, tofu, quinoa, whole grain cereals, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, peanuts ( can have all these in breakfast ), for lunch & dinner can have beans, rice, lentils, pulses, sprouts, milk products such as cottage cheese, yogurt, butter milk.
