I am a fit person with normal body Height 5,11 Weight 67 kg with fit body But recently I have started my first job and job as I don't get tym for any exercise or anything, I am getting a little fat which. I never was. I mean I hate this fat stomach and I don't wanna bcoz a fat guy and wanna b fit What should I do as I only have to sleep and no tym I am free on weekends What should I do?
