I want to know which all physical work outs are good for runners. Now a days a lot of emphasis is on core strengthening. How should one balance between Core Strengthening, Running and other workouts. Say upper body. Also, what kind of Indian diet (including non-veg) shall be good without taking into account supplement proteins.

Hi lybrate-user As I am from nutrition field I will guide you in you r diet. So first poultry products like chicken, egg whites and fish have good bioavailable protein.in veg soya bean is excellent having less carbs. So include these in you r regular diet and see the resultd .all the best.
