I have a wedding after 1 month. I weigh 60 kgs .but I have to strictly lose it to about 52 kgs. please suggest a proper diet plan excluding chicken. I am an eggatarian.

Remove all the fat rich foods from your diet and include more veggies, have frequent small foods and do physical exercise 45 minutes per day. But don't try to loose more than 3 kgs per month as it can effect your health. Sudden lose is not healthy at all.
