It's very often that I fall ill and one of the main reasons for the same is allergies. I am allergic to cold air, cold water and cold eatables recently I came across an article which articulates flu vaccine to fight flu type symptoms. Is this vaccine really effective to keep illness away.

lybrate-user -- Flu vaccine helps to keep away from flu virus & its effects. It has nothing to do with cold air, cold wind ,cold eatables. You are suppose to avoid all allergic things which cause cold to you. Build up your immunity by eating protein rich diet -- all non vegeterian foods ,dhals ,groundnuts and other pulses and fruits and vegetables--- you will not fall sick often ,BYE.
