Most likely diagnosis according to the info you have provide looks like aphthous ulcers. They are usually associated with stress, occurs repeatedly and disappears on there own. Treatment includes stress relief, multivitamins and local symptomatic ointments.

Microcytic hypochromic Rbc could suggest an underlying anaemia. Most likely iron deficiency anaemia. Some more blood investigations like total iron binding capacity and iron levels could be needed to confirm. Consult your physician for the same. Plus having gastritis can also put you at an increased risk of mouth ulcers. So my suggestion is treat the underlying causes first, ulcers will be taken care of. Good luck.
