I am 19 years old. I am suffering through an injury on 4th october 2017 which I got during playing football. My MRI report says: 1) Partial Tear on Anterior cruciate ligament 2) Horizontal tear at body and posterior horn of lateral meniscus 3) Mild suprapatellar effusion 4) marrow contusion in lateral femoral condyle and tibial plateau regions. I want to know advice on what to do and what not to do with my leg. Major enquiry is when can I start putting weight on my leg and start trying to walk and when can I start playing football. What shall I do now, I have been on the same bed for 2-3 weeks, I am disgusted, hope you will understand and help me with what to do so that it recovers fast.
