I am 2.5 month pregnant working lady and feels very low energy in morning. How can I be active throughout the day. I also want to improve my diet in take. please suggest on this.

First get basic tests done like hb, sugar and ultrasound diet is high protein simple diet like milks and curds Boiled eggs Steamed fish etc clear soups green tea regular tea with more milk reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation it's good that you are not having nausea and vomiting avoid spices and heavy foods.
