My eyes get soaked with water coming from surrounding eye muscle. It happens after reading a book at a stretch of 2-3 hrs or seeing Laptop. In that situation usually I do spraying of cold water over my eyes which help soothing my eyes and stops watering. What is the cause of it. Is it for weak eye muscle? Do I need any medication or change of my spectacle? Request your early response. Thanks.

HI lybrate-user ji. As your age is 68 you might need to get properly checked. For now you may do some basic things. Like Washing eyes frequently. Keep habit of blinking it frequently After starring for one hour take a rest of 10-15 minutes. And look at some distant object. Do some hot fomentations frequently.
