Hi lybrate-user first of all dnt rub your tongue. Reason could be Vit. B defeciency so start having Home made food first, including Sprouts, Or if you are Non vegetarian you can have Non veg too, even then does not disappear the consult me I will take detailed case history to prescribe a suitable medicine.

Hello lybrate-user this can be 2 things 1. Normal epithelial shedding 2. An oral pathology a detailed discussion, pictures etc are needed for arriving at final diagnosis.
