Hello mam, My age 26 weight 57 I am fully slim so please tell me how can change my body fitness and weight please tell me I have already use some powder and medicine for body improved but I have no benefit so please tell me.

No need to have any medicine for weight gain. Just have high calorie food.in the morning along with your breakfast have 1glass of whole milk or 2whole eggs. Have bananas after lunch and have dry fruits in the mod morning. Add butter or ghee along with lunch and dinner.
