I am suffering from ocd from two years before 10 months I was taking medicine but I took only two months and left then I start yoga and exercise then due to work load I again stop now present I am doing yoga n exercise and I kept myself busy I want to ask that is it cover from meditation and exercise? One more question I have to ask medicine of ocd can cause side effect?
