Sir am student my weight is 45 I want to increase my weight my age is 19 years .I want to increase at least 60 kgs. What are the steps to be taken.

Thanks for your query. It will be our pleasure to help you. Weight gain should be achieved by Balanced diet, Work out and frequent meals. Try not to avoid any meal and have milk, Chicken, fish, Egg in more quantity. Try to do 20 minutes of exercise per day and have frequent meals in every 1.5 hours.
