Hi I am 26 years old and I have PCOS and thyroid issue and Last month I had my period on 11 sep and I started taking the ova shield from 30 Sep and this month I have not got my period till now and I have taken the pregnancy test on 21 oct and its negative. I still did not got my period wat else to do.

Please get a hormonal evaluation done to assess the status of PCOS and if required get a swerum Beta HCG test done to rule out pregnancy. A good Gynaecologist nearby can help in evaluating the clinical status & deciding the further course of management. Longterm treatment for PCOS lies in regular physical exercise (45 minutes/ day ), diet control & weight loss (at least 5% of your current bodyweight)
