My 3 year old is picky eater and underweight .she drinks very less milk. I added pediasure in her drink but weight didn't gain. Yesterday I bought Amul whey protein powder, can I give it to her? Is whey protein good for my daughter?

For 3 years old child ,milk ,protein all are good but do not force her ,instead give her varieties like khichadi ,daal ,rice ,eggs ,roti ,fruits ,curd. Offee milk after a gap of 2-3 days.

It is better to provide a balanced diet through natural products instead of supplements. If a child does not like a particular food, try to cook / present in a different way. Try to be more creative and patient. If you keep forcing food to your child, then she will become more resistant to the idea of food. Proteins can be given through natural foods also, both veg and non veg. Go for natural foods instead of supplements.
