I've swelling on my throat and took thyroid test. Results are TT3 =72.89 TT4 =6.1 TSH =10.79 Please suggest me what medication and treatment should I need to take. What is severity as per results. THANKS.

Thanks for the query. TSH 10.79 mU/l shows you have confirmed hypothyroidism. This needs to be treated with adequate dose of levothyroxine. If not properly treated may lead to a nuber of symptoms like tiredness, fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance, slow heart rate, dry skin and hair and hair fall. Anxiety and depression, may affect the speech and clear thinking. Treatment has to be for lifetime. Thanks.
