Since my birth, I always had a clean face (no acne no skin problem. I'm 31 years old female and recently may be couple of weeks before m facing some very tiny bumps appearing on my cheeks and upper lips and mostly when my face is oily it looks like it has puss inside and appears very prominent and when I wash my face the tiny bumps still appear but looks like no puss. My forehead is clean but cheeks has this and specially right side cheek has more. I really do not know how to get rid of, I have tried to replace my soap with an aloe vera one but no use. I thought they will automatically go but they are not going. Its definitely not pimple's but very tiny bumps. Kindly help me to regain my natural skin again.
