I am 4 th month pregnant and do not feel like eating anything hardly I will eat one roti in a day. Amd one or two fruits. Is it fine or wt shd I eat alternatively for baby s development.

You have nausea because of pregnancy. Take foods that don't give you nausea like banana coconut. Dates. Figs. Etc. You can make a smoothie of fruits and curd. Identify foods smells etc that trigger nausea. Also don't be obsessed with roti sabzi try other healthy soothing options.
