I want to loose weight and I can not walk for more than 1 km at one stretch. Please give solution so that I can loose weight. Eating protein rich food to loose weight.

Hello, you should build your stamina gradually. Also eating right foods before and after walking is important to have strength and loose weight. Excessive protein will not help in losing weight. Consult me further for proper diet plan.
