Sir, one of my known is diagnosed with LPP. She is having her medicines from last 1 years I guess. But her condition is not improving. Her face is filled with blackish brown patches but there are no other symptoms like itching or anything. What can she do to improve her condition?

Hello, A few simple steps she can take which help her improve her condition. She can sit in early morning sunlight for 30-60 mins. Turmeric either applied directly over patches or taken with milk. There is one more method which you can try is Kutki and Chirata ayurvedic medication for which you should consult a Vaidya. LPP has no cure it can be only controlled. It may disappear on its own too.
