Am 30 years old male doing gym regularly for 1 year everything was perfect except my chest fat and side fat of my abs what should I do if I do cardio for long my muscle is downing and also diet if I reduce diet my muscle is gonna down .plz help me am taking whey protein isolate and baa and glutamine powder ,vitd3 tablets and fish oil My diet include 30 egg whites per day and brown rice chicken veg and curd.

Hi Liyakath.. the problem you are facing is because of the altered or deranged metabolism... so taking protein and vitamins will not solve...it. You may need proeper homoeopathic treatment... Once the metabolism regulated... you will see more good results of the protein powder and other products...otherwise you will keep spending money without any benefits...
