I am a 23 years old boy. I have some issues related to my penis. Firstly I think that the foreskin of my penis is very tight. When the penis is in erection mode then it becomes very hard to remove the foreskin of the penis from its top. Also it hurts a lot when I try to bring down the foreskin. Is this a problem? How can it be cured? How to make the penis long, thick and strong by natural ways so that there is no side effect later on? Please help.
