I have severe lower back pain. I am a cricket player. Keeper come batter. I cnt sleep in any position I get back pain my back is not relaxed in any of the body postures. I can not stand or sit for a longer time. I keep getting this pain every now and then. And it is very severe. I have done physiotherapy for 30 days twice. I was feeling relaxed after that for some days later again the pain started.

? Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ? . Avoid bending in front. ? Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. ? Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
