Can I take sea cod oil capsule for daily fatigueness as for good health. Is there any side effects. My mother is a rheumatic arthritis patient. Can she take sea cod oil capsule or not? Will there any benefit in rheumatic arthritis pain?

Seacod oil gives you Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin E.both are useful for Joint pain and healthy heart. The side effects are always there if you take any chemically treated Medicine/Supplements. But side effects with Seacod oil is lesser than Prescription Drugs. For an healthy person, Taking 4 softgels of Seacod oil is beneficial and healthy. For arthritis patients, you have to be in touch with your Physician.
