Dear. Try to limit your fat like oil, ghee, vanaspati, butter consumption and long time fasting. Take small snacks like fruits or fiber biscuits and salads. Avoid extra salt and fried food. Do regular exercise like brisk walk for 45 min in a day. Thanks.
