Try to wake up in the morning,,do regular jogging and some stretching and yoga,,it will boost ur mind and blood supply to the brain also increase soo ur concentration level will increase,,try meditation,,and I think ur going through any kind of stress or anxiety,,this has to subsided,,soo read some positive stories,,
