I'm 22 years old and forgetting everything I will go outside and forgetting the reason why I came out. Sometimes Will forget the names as well.. can you tell me why is this problem I am facing?

This can be normal also when we are anxious or tense we do forget things as we are not able to concentrate better. So just breath in and out deeply for around 5 minutes everyday. You will feel better. And let me know after one wk. Also keep a diary of to do work.
