I need to know a proper food and drink chart Basically the dos and do nots to be fit and healthy I also workout daily so need a protein diet.

Hi, The basic diet to remain healthy are - Dos - Do some sort of workout daily for at least 30 min. Have 10-12 glasses of water efficiency eye day. Have small and frequent meals. Have 5-6 meals a day. Include fruits and salads in your meals. Avoid fried ,processed, extra sweet extra salty food. And of course junk food. Have good amount to of protein and complex carbe like whole wheat items, brown rice, oats, barrage jacaranda, ragi. Start your day with lemon water.
