I am suffering from indigestion and tried allot of medicines consulted allot of doctors but still the same. The stomach feels bloated heavy and sometime acid reflux as well. Please help.

You need to change your lifestyle. Like daily walk, water after 1 hr of taking meal, take saying after meal and chew properly, dinner should be lightest, avoid curd at night. Rest medicines should be taken, start with kumaryasav 20 ml after meal with water.
