I am 45 years old women and I am home maker with 2 daughters. I am facing issue with some time joints pain, muscle pains and ligaments pain. Height, weight are normal, BMI is normal but very mild diabetician (Fasting: 140+ and postprandial: 190+ Hba1c: 6.1). Kindly provide a solution.
