Hello. I underwent D&C on 3rd oct 2017. Today on 10th oct after ultrasound the doctor said that there is still something remaining inside and he prescribed 2 pills of M-post. I started bleeding 4 hours after taking pills and stopped within 2 hours. But still I am experiencing pain And cramps in abdomen. My question is that how long am I suppose to bleed. Is everything normal with me. Pls help.

Ongoing bleeding is usually because of incomplete Dand C. Please get a Sonography of abdomen and pelvis done. If there are still pieces of conception products in uterine cavity then better to undergo D and C again rather than taking medicines. Regards.
