I suffer from lower back ache. Due to pain I can not sit stand walk on my own. I am taking medicine for high bp. I have been prescribed vid D injection and other vitamins. My nails have become crooked and break easily. I also have pain in my neck region. I can not take pillow ans sleep. When I sleep sideways my shoulders pain a lot. I did physiotherapy for quite some time but of no use .the moment I leave going for physio things are the same.
