I am a 29 years working woman height 5'4.5" weight 71 kgs. I want to loose weight before my wedding which is in February. Please suggest. P.S I tried hitting gym for more than 3 months. No result. I usually eat homemade foods. And I am having PCOS.

Hello lybrate-user, Its in February, so you have still 4 months. Looking at your medical condition, you can easily go for low fat diet. Restricting all kinds of deep fried foods, refined food items, butter, red meat, etc. Also continue with your gym. Your input (food intake) should be equal to your output (energy expenditure). Also, take small and frequent meals, I can understand you are a working lady, but to achieve something we need to find the way out ourselves only.
