If womens are working for 9 hr at work, plus 2-3 hr travelling, almost 12 hr out of home, minimum 6 hr sleep, rest is 6 hr, on these how she can manage all stuff, doesn't get time to look at own, hence hair fall, menses irregularity are started, how to tackle this lifestyle, in metro cities, please guide, need your advice.

Well first of for ur hair fall change ur shampoo into a baby shampoo,,avoid iodized salt,, apply natural henna powder dipped in liquor of tea overnight,, next-day? add whole egg curd 10 ml coconut oil apply it in ur scalp,,once in a week,,for ur face apply alovera gel extract,,and take lots of fruits,,this will help ur hair problem as well skin problem,,u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem permanently
