I have gained 6 kgs and I don't know why and how. All I want to do now is get to know how to loose my weight. My exams are near so there is nothing like going to gym. How will be cycling for me? Can I go for cycling. I got lot of fat in my thighs and tummy. Suggest me please.

Eat slowly for 30 mins lunch amd dinner. Dinner should be light with heaby breakfast. No longer gap for max 3 hrs between foods.
