I am 15 year old girl had ct scan for stomach pain which revealed clumped ileal loops +mesenteric lymphadenopathy +omental thickening +mild ileal wall thickening after that doc confirmed saio and suspected koch's abdomen colonoscopy was done which revealed small anal fissure at 6 o clock and internal hemorrhoids after that doc planned for diag lap +dilation+hemorrhoidectomy but during surgery they could they could not do hemorrhoidectomy as eua examination was normal and no haemorrhoids were found so they did laparoscopy +appendectomy (as appendix was infected)+mesenteric lymph node biopsy and minimal straw coloured fluid in abdomen and sent it for analysis after biopsy reports came doc said there is no tb infection is there which he has removed and now I would become fit and also my bleeding associated with mucus with stools would get healed but still now after 1.5 months after surgery I have not experienced any change in my condition I am still getting fresh amt of blood associated with mucus with stools I also have a few questions why the problem of haemorrhoids detected in colonoscopy was not found during surgery why? 2nd of all the omental thickening detected during ct was normal during surgery why is it so? And lastly what does diag lap +dilation mean (meaning of dilation only? Does diag lap release clumped ileal loops? Can diag lap act as therapeutic intervention also? please tell me I'm in dilemma?
