I am taking whey protien for about 6 to 7 months now. Took different companies whey protien No problem apart from a little gas and diarrhoea. But after a few days every thing was fine. Now I am using whey protien of ultimate nutrition prostate. I do not know for sure but I think this protien is responsible for small itchy pimples all over my body. In the beginning of taking this pimples were very less. So I started taking other protien. Now I have again started this protien and pimples are showing up all over my body. What is the total solution. Should I stop using this and buy another one or can any medication help me get rid of these pimples.

Use zylo gel twice daily. Acne or pimples is due to oily skin. Few hormonal changes also causes. Certain food items like ice-cream, chocolate, sweets also increases it.
