My father BP Jain undergone angiography and angioplasty last year. Now he is having respiratory problems. Medications he is taking is concor5 mg, amlopres5, foracort 400 ,and ecosprin75 /20. Can you please suggest should we go ahead with lung detox home based things also. Am thinking of eucalyptus oil steam treatment .Also can you please suggest any other things as well. His heart reports are normal and NT pro BNP is 152.4.

1) Please get him evaluated by a pulmonologist to rule out any lung problems like Asthma or COPD etc, because if he has a lung problem then concor needs to be stopped as it worsens respiratory issues and will also decrease his respiratory problem. 2) If there is an underlying lung problem then his treatment needs to be optimised. 3) do not take the oil steam therapy unless a pulmonologist clears it because at times it can further worsen the underlying lung issue.
