Your body is adapt by your routine of not eating much or not feeling hungry. I'd suggest don't eat a lot at once, divide your meal in small small portions and have that in every 2-3 hours (just small bowl of sprouts, popcorns, dal, salad, curd etc) so your body will maintain the nutrients which is required every day and you won't loose weight also.
