I am 19 years old my digestion is not well since 2 months I am not having motions since 2 months and my hunger has also reduced. I have tried ayurvedic medicines but have not got any results.

Ok first of all you start drinking lot of water and along with it start eating the fibours food means start eating salad and eat lot of fruits and start one medicine arsenicum album 30 in half cup of water for 2 times a day for 3 days.
