I am 48 years old, male and suffering from chronic low back pain. There is no radiating pain, but the pain is in the central part of the low back and adjoining muscles. I have consulted 2 orthopaedic surgeons in the last 4 months and underwent physiotherapy and made some routine tests. My Vitamin B12 is at 316 and Vitamin D is at 8.13. The tests on HLA-B27, T3/T4/TSH and Rheumatoid factor are normal. I took Vitamin D supplements in the form of tablets and injections and also Calcimax HD for 2 months, but there is no improvement. I can not stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as the pain increases. With the acute pain, I am not able to do any posture exercises and yoga for low back pain. What is the next step for treatment?
