Hello sir/madam I have sweating problem in my hands and feet I have facing lots of problems with this please suggest me a better opinion to save my life my weight is 90 and my age is 22.

Only a simple opinion, Run. Go for morning, noon, evening or night walk, I do not care just run for your life. 1/2 hour jogging continuous /45 minutes fast walk or/ 1 hour of moon walk with your head phones on! you choose. Along with that I have medicines to accelerate the process making it go from the ratio 1 to 1.5.
